Climate Resilience
- FEMA National Risk Index
- census tract; county only if configured
- FEMA National Flood Hazard Layer
- regulatory flood zone at the point
- NOAA Sea Level Rise Viewer
- inundation depth at the point
- NOAA CMRA assessment tool
- county mean SLR, not parcel inundation
- NOAA CRIS / CMRA climate projections
- county, to the service-life end year
Standing screening policy: Green Badger’s likelihood-by-impact rule is a disclosed project convention, not an official USGBC formula. Quick-mode envelope and structure tiers are assumed, not checked against local code. NRI reflects current conditions; carrying its class forward is not a climate projection. A tract with NRI No Rating and zero expected annual loss can support a proposed low rating, or NA when corroborated by local conditions. Tsunami NA outside NRI’s modeled regions is geographic, not a rule for Alaska, the Pacific coast, Hawaii or covered territories. EPA AQS and AirNow provide ambient-air context for Smoke, not wildfire smoke frequency. Every proposal can be replaced with better site evidence.
Workbook presentation note: The exported Climate Resilience workbook sets hazard rows 19 and 20 to 15.75 points instead of the distributed USGBC template’s 14.4 points, a deliberate 1.35-point increase. This matches rows 21–36 and avoids Excel auto-fitting the first two rows into multi-line paragraphs. No ratings, formulas, named ranges, or validations are changed by this height adjustment. The export also widens the citation-only column J from the template’s 25.66 to 48 and sets J19:J36 to wrap, vertical top, horizontal left. Hazard row heights remain 15.75 points; the distributed template is not modified.
